p68 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "p68" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the p68 online gaming platform, operated under an international gaming licence, accessible at https://p68.im.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on p68 and uses any of the services offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player on p68 to access gaming services and manage funds.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a Player's p68 Account at any given time.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, financial services, promotions, and support channels made available through the p68 platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by p68 prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free-spin equivalents, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency in which p68 transactions are denominated.

By accessing the p68 platform, registering an account, or using any of the Services offered by p68, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the p68 Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules that apply to the games you choose to play.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the p68 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as updated from time to time.

To register and maintain an account on p68, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. p68 enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which p68 has expressly excluded access, as updated on the platform from time to time.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. p68 accounts are strictly personal and may not be operated by, or for the benefit of, any person other than the registered account holder.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of p68 or its technology, payment, or gaming partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from p68 or any affiliated platform during an active exclusion period.

Each player may register only one (1) account on p68. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. p68 will never contact you via any channel to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a suspected breach to p68 support.

p68 is required under its international gaming licence obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer).

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• A clear copy or photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), showing both the front and back faces.
• Proof of address, which may include a recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address.
• In some cases, a selfie or live photograph may be requested to confirm the identity documents belong to the person submitting them.
• Proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).

p68 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage — not only at withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been made may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing.

p68 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount on p68 is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by p68 for standard accounts; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. p68 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits confirmed as originating from a third party will be reversed where possible, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, as a measure to prevent money laundering and comply with financial regulations.

The minimum withdrawal amount on p68 is PKR 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within an average of 8 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the player must have wagered an amount at least equal to the total deposit amount (or any applicable bonus wagering requirement, whichever is greater) on real-money games. p68 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any single withdrawal above PKR 100,000.

p68 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free-bet credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the promotion at the time of the offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all p68 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may only be used on games designated as eligible for that specific bonus. Bets placed on ineligible games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• p68 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse the bonus system.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Duplicate bonus claims will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus offers have a validity period. Any bonus funds not utilised within the stated validity period will be removed from the player's account automatically without compensation.
• p68 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Each game available on the p68 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By participating in any game on p68, you agree to abide by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

All casino games on p68 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested to ensure fair and statistically random outcomes. Sports betting markets are governed by the relevant event rules and settlement procedures published in the sportsbook section of the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a gaming session, p68 will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, p68 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account balance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the p68 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with p68 games, markets, or the platform interface in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole cards in live poker, coordinating bets, or any form of team play designed to exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported to p68 and may be voided.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider while funds are present in your p68 account or remain under dispute with the platform.
• Attempting to launder money through the p68 platform or using the platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Accessing p68 on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.

p68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by p68.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player or their payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• A regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.
• Player self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools or via support.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting p68 support. Upon closure of a fully verified account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

p68 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. p68 will notify you when you approach your set limit and will automatically log you out when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary break from gaming of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot access gaming features but may still withdraw your balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from p68. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

p68 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. If you become aware that a person under the age of 21 is using your device to access p68, you must report this to support immediately and activate parental controls on your device to prevent further underage access.

All content on the p68 platform, including but not limited to the p68 brand name, logo, graphics, user interface design, game artwork, promotional materials, software, source code, and written content, is the exclusive property of p68 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p68 platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works based on any p68 content without prior written authorisation from p68.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p68 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the p68 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

p68's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude p68's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p68 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be referred to p68's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first being raised with p68 support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority under whose licence p68 operates. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Notwithstanding the above, p68 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to prevent or stop unauthorised use of the platform or infringement of p68's intellectual property rights.

p68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p68 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the p68 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions was published. Players are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
